• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software, MS Office, and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and follow up with prospective members.
• Convert leads into scheduled introductory stretch appointments.
• Educate prospects about practitioner-led stretching benefits and outcomes.
• Respond promptly to inquiries from phone, website, and social media.
• Schedule appointments and maximize studio calendars.
• Complete daily studio operational checklists and admin tasks.
• Support multiple studio locations as needed.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and follow-up with leads.
• Assist with social media engagement and local marketing.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve lead conversion and member experience.
