Job summary

Stretch Zone in Miller Place, NY is hiring for an Inside Sales/Lead Qualification role. You will call, text, and follow up with prospective members, convert leads to demos, and educate prospects about practitioner-led, assisted stretching.

You’ll schedule appointments and support multiple studios. This position offers a hybrid schedule, paid training, a Stretch Zone Certification for qualified team members, and opportunities to advance into leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and follow up with prospective members.
• Convert leads into scheduled introductory stretch appointments (demos).
• Educate prospects about practitioner-led—assisted stretching and its benefits.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, website, and social media.
• Schedule appointments and manage studio calendars.
• Complete daily studio operational checklists and admin tasks.
• Support multiple studio locations as needed.
• Maintain CRM notes and follow up with every lead.
• Assist with social media engagement and local marketing.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve lead conversion and member experience.

What You'll Do

• Call, text, and follow up with prospective members who have expressed interest in Stretch Zone.
• Convert leads into scheduled introductory stretch appointments (demos).
• Build excitement and educate prospects about the benefits of practitioner led - assisted stretching.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries from phone, website, and social media.
• Schedule appointments and maximize studio calendars.
• Complete daily studio operational checklists and administrative tasks.
• Support multiple studio locations as needed.
• Maintain detailed CRM notes and consistent follow-up with every lead.
• Assist with social media engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with leadership to improve lead conversion and member experience.
