Job summary

Stretch Zone is seeking a motivated appointment setter/inside sales representative to drive new member growth across Long Island studios. The role combines phone and text outreach with CRM-driven follow-up to convert leads into introductory stretch appointments.

You’ll receive base pay of $18.00/hour with monthly bonuses, a hybrid work schedule, paid training, and opportunities for advancement into practitioner, leadership, and management roles, all within a supportive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Call, text, and follow up with prospective members.
• Convert leads into scheduled introductory stretch appointments (demos).
• Educate prospects about practitioner-led assisted stretching.
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, website, and social media.
• Schedule appointments and maximize studio calendars.
• Complete daily studio operational checklists and administrative tasks.
• Support multiple studio locations as needed.
• Maintain CRM notes and follow-up with every lead.
• Assist with social media engagement and local marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with leadership to improve lead conversion and member experience.
