Pella Corporation in Pella, IA is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to ensure accurate and timely payments across our manufacturing divisions, sales subsidiaries, and independent branches. This hybrid role focuses on accuracy, efficiency, cost control, and strong customer service.

You will process invoices, vouchers, and payments; serve as the primary vendor contact; and maintain documentation and standard work procedures.

Competenze

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or Associate's degree; and six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
• Experience with Oracle, Tungsten/Readsoft/Kofax, or Microsoft Dynamics/Great Plains is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Process invoices, vouchers, and payments; serve as the primary vendor contact.
• Follow standard work procedures and maintain documentation to support payments.
• Manage workload and own assigned duties.
• Maintain vendor base and cover backlog with the team as needed.
