Aston Carter is recruiting an Accounts Payable Associate for a hybrid role in Lincolnshire, IL. The position starts onsite, with a pathway to a hybrid schedule. You will support the AP function, process invoices, and maintain vendor relationships in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires extensive AP experience, ERP proficiency, and strong communication. Eligible for benefits and growth within a fast-paced team.

Formación

• 13 years of accounts payable experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling direct invoices for manufactured goods in industrial settings.
• Proficiency in AP data entry with accuracy and timeliness.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Clear written and verbal English communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Review and enter vendor invoices, code, PO matching, and approvals.
• Reconcile processed invoices and vendor statements monthly.
• Manage vendor inquiries by email and phone about payments and issues.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and implement root-cause solutions.
• Prepare and assist with month-end close, accruals, and reporting.
• Support audits with documentation and backups.
• Collaborate with Sales, Shipping, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
