Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices accurately and timely
• Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving docs
• Verify account coding and approvals
• Resolve invoice discrepancies with vendors and internal departments
• Prepare payment-run support and schedules for approval
• Maintain vendor master records and respond to inquiries
• Reconcile vendor statements and investigate discrepancies
• Assist with month-end/year-end closing and AP-related accruals
