HealthLink Dimensions is seeking an Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day financial operations, handling full accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles, bank reconciliations, and liaison with internal teams and vendors. This role is ideal for an organized, dependable professional in a growing healthcare tech environment.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with in-office Tuesdays and Thursdays and remote the other days, offering clear opportunities for growth within the accounting

Qualifications

• Handle full AP and AR cycles with accuracy.
• Maintain bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Must be available in-office on Tuesdays and Thursdays; hybrid otherwise.

Responsibilities

• Accounts Payable: manage invoice entry and payment processing.
• Accounts Receivable: invoicing, payment tracking, client follow-ups.
• Bank Reconciliations: perform reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Departmental Support: provide administrative support to accounting.
• Communication: professional communication via email and phone.
• Scheduling: manage correspondence with Outlook.
