Job summary

Excela Protect is seeking an experienced Accounting Clerk to join our finance team. The role focuses on processing transactions, maintaining AR and AP, and supporting the month-end close under the Accounting Manager’s guidance.

This onsite position offers a pathway to hybrid work after acclimation, in a fast-paced environment known for its collaborative culture and professional development opportunities within finance.

Qualifications

• Career-minded professional with Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• QuickBooks/Accounting software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process transactions and maintain accurate accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
• Support the month-end close process and assist Accounting Manager as needed.
• Collaborate with Finance team to ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting.
• Maintain organized and auditable accounting files and documentation.
