Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years in AP/AR or general accounting.
• Experience with month-end close and reconciliations.
• Ability to analyze discrepancies and drive issues to resolution.
• Strong communication with vendors, customers, and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices and ensure proper coding and approvals.
• Prepare customer invoices, credit memos, and cash applications; monitor aging.
• Reconcile AP/AR accounts and support monthly close and reporting.
• Identify process improvements across P2P, AP, and AR; partner with cross-functional teams.
