Aston Carter is seeking an AP Analyst to support the corporate Accounts Payable function in a high-volume environment. You will process invoices, perform three-way matches, analyze supplier invoices, and resolve AP exceptions, ensuring accurate, timely payments and proper accounting treatment for non-PO invoices.

You will work with Oracle Cloud or similar ERP, manage multiple AP processes, and contribute to process improvements while collaborating with internal stakeholders and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher is required.
• Four+ years of AP invoice processing experience in a large-revenue environment (> $300M).
• Four+ years of three-way matching experience in a large organization.
• Four+ years of managing multiple AP processes (invoicing, AP inbox, approvals).
• Four+ years of supplier invoice analysis and AP exception remediation.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Workday, JD Edwards, NetSuite, or similar.
• Proficient in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs and basic Excel formulas.
• Hands-on AP processing and three-way matching in a high-volume setting.
• Experience in a temporary/contract role since 2017 or later.

Responsabilités

• Process AP invoices in Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems.
• Perform three-way matching of PO, receipts, and invoices.
• Analyze supplier invoices for discrepancies and proper coding.
• Investigate AP exceptions and remediation.
• Apply correct accounting treatment for non-PO invoices.
• Initiate supplier payments following approval workflows.
• Manage multiple AP processes concurrently.
• Create pivot tables and use VLOOKUPs for reporting.
• Assist with vendor master creation and tax ID matching.
• Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries.
• Maintain documentation for audits and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to streamline AP workflows.
