Aston Carter is seeking an AP Analyst in Malvern, PA. The role supports end-to-end accounts payable processing, three-way matching, and supplier invoice analysis in a high-volume environment. The position emphasizes accuracy, timely payments, and compliance with internal controls.

The contract role requires ERP experience (Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday, JDE) and strong Excel skills. Hybrid onsite schedule with onsite Tue-Thu and remote Mon-Fri, compensation $26.00–$30.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 4+ years in AP in >$300M revenue org.
• 4+ years three-way match experience.
• 4+ years managing multiple AP processes.
• ERP systems experience (Oracle/SAP/Workday/JDE/NetSuite).
• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, simple formulas).

Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices in ERP and ensure accuracy.
• Perform three-way matching and approve payments.
• Analyze supplier invoices for discrepancies and proper coding.
• Resolve AP exceptions and payment holds.
• Apply correct accounting treatment for non-PO invoices.
• Initiate supplier payments per approvals.
