Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an AP Analyst to support end-to-end accounts payable processes in a high-volume environment. You will manage invoice processing, three-way matching, and supplier inquiries while ensuring accurate coding and timely payments.

The role requires experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP). A hybrid work arrangement is available in Malvern, PA.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• 4+ years of AP invoice processing experience.
• 4+ years of three-way match experience in a high revenue environment.
• 4+ years of managing multiple AP processes (invoicing, AP inbox, approvals).
• 4+ years with supplier invoice analysis and AP exception remediation.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Workday, JD Edwards, NetSuite, PeopleSoft, Great Plains).
• Proficient in pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic Excel formulas.

Responsibilities

• Process AP invoices in Oracle Cloud or similar ERP systems.
• Perform three-way matching of POs, receipts, and invoices.
• Analyze supplier invoices to identify discrepancies and ensure proper coding.
• Conduct AP exception research to resolve issues.
• Apply correct accounting treatment for non-PO invoices.
• Initiate supplier payments and monitor approval workflows.
