Job summary

HUB International in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Account Manager II to support clients, producers, and company personnel with professional service and efficient account management. You will manage policy processing, client data, and renewal activities in collaboration with the producer and HUB teams.

The role requires 3–5 years in commercial lines, a Property & Casualty license, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in commercial lines with insurance company or agency.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred; college degree desired.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Good telephone techniques and effective communication with clients and staff.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manages a book of insurance business with autonomy and decision-making authority.
• Provides professional service to clients, carrier reps, underwriters, and HUB colleagues; aims for strong account retention.
• Supports Sales staff in obtaining, maintaining, and expanding business.
• May develop new business from existing accounts and leads within standard practices.
