Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC is seeking a Junior AI Specialist to support the firm's adoption of generative AI across legal and business teams. You will test platforms, refine prompts, assist with pilots, and document results.

Partnering with attorneys, Knowledge Management, Information Services, and IT, you will help evaluate tools, develop best practices, and deliver training materials, FAQs, and sample prompts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in AI, technology, legal technology, project coordination, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Harvey, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Experience with prompt development, workflow documentation, testing, or technology projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users and provide effective training and support.

Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate generative AI platforms and legal technology tools.
• Develop and refine prompts for legal and business workflows.
• Support AI pilots, proof-of-concepts, and workflow automation initiatives.
• Document use cases, testing results, best practices, and user feedback.
• Assist with the development of AI-powered tools and low-code/no-code solutions.
• Coordinate project activities, meetings, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
• Create training materials, FAQs, user guides, and sample prompts.
• Provide AI support, training, and coaching to attorneys and professional staff.
• Maintain AI knowledge bases, content repositories, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with firm security, privacy, and governance policies.
