Job summary

Green Key Resources LLC is seeking a Junior AI Specialist to support the firm's adoption of generative AI across legal and business teams. You will test platforms, refine prompts, assist with pilots, and document results.

Partnering with attorneys, Knowledge Management, Information Services, and IT, you will help evaluate tools, develop best practices, and deliver training materials, FAQs, and sample prompts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of professional experience in AI, technology, legal technology, project coordination, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Harvey, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
• Experience with prompt development, workflow documentation, testing, or technology projects.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical users and provide effective training and support.

Job description

The Junior AI Specialist will support the firm's adoption of generative AI technologies across legal and business teams. This role combines AI testing, prompt development, project coordination, workflow analysis, user training, and technology support. Working closely with attorneys, Knowledge Management, Information Services, and IT teams, you'll help evaluate AI tools, document best practices, and drive responsible AI adoption.

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, or other automation tools.
• Basic Python, scripting, or API experience is a plus.

Compensation & Schedule

• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in New York (Tuesday and Wednesday required).
• Salary range: $80,000-$110,000 plus annual bonus eligibility.
