Job summary

The Phoenix Group Advisors seeks a Junior AI Specialist to help evaluate, test, and deploy generative AI solutions across legal and business functions. You will support AI pilots, test prompts, document workflows, and drive user adoption within a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities include analyzing workflows, developing prompts, organizing pilot tests, and maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Legal Studies, Data, Communications, Technology).
• Foundational experience with generative AI tools, prompt creation, workflow documentation, and supporting technology-enabled projects.
• Familiarity with legal technology platforms, document management, or data handling systems; experience with legal research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, or content management systems like iManage is a plus.
• Technical proficiency with productivity software and AI platforms; ability to learn new tools quickly.
• Clear and organized written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain AI concepts and document findings professionally.

Responsibilities

• Observe, document, and analyze workflows to identify AI integration opportunities and automation potential.
• Develop, test, and refine prompts for legal and operational use cases with feedback-based improvements.
• Assist in executing AI pilot programs, organize test cases, record results, and escalate issues to seniors.
• Maintain documentation of prompts, testing outcomes, limitations, and use cases for consistent AI workflows.
• Collaborate on lightweight AI applications and workflow tools for contract review, legal research, and compliance tracking.
• Support design and implementation of legal applications through low-code/no-code platforms, flagging technical or security concerns.
