Job summary

Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossmann LLP (BLB&G) in New York, NY, seeks a Junior AI Specialist to evaluate, test, and responsibly adopt generative AI tools across the firm. Based in our New York office, you will assist with AI pilots, prompt testing, workflow documentation, and adoption activities across practice groups.

Qualifications

• Foundational experience using generative AI tools, writing or testing prompts, documenting workflows, or supporting technology-enabled projects in a business setting.
• Experience in a law firm or legal-services environment is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor’s degree required; approximately one to two years of post-college experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• AI Pilots & Prompt Testing: Observe and document workflows, identify AI opportunities, and capture questions or limitations for review.
• Prompt Testing: Develop, test, and refine prompts for common legal and business use cases.
• Support AI Pilots: Organize test cases, record results, and escalate issues to senior team members.
• Maintain Documentation: Keep records of prompts, test results, and approved use cases to support AI workflows.
• Pilot & Project Support: Assist with project plans, timelines, meeting notes, and progress measures.
• Training & Adoption Support: Triage AI support requests, prepare introductory demos and trainings.
• AI Platform & Content Management: Build and maintain AI-enabled databases and content for matters and teams.
