We are recruiting for a Legal AI Adoption Counsel to help drive the responsible, practical use of generative AI across a national law firm’s practices. This role sits within the Client & Innovation function and works closely with attorneys, practice leaders, IT, professional development, training, research, marketing, and business development teams. The focus is turning AI strategy into real workflows, practical training, and measurable value for attorneys and clients.

Al Adoption & Change Management

• Drive adoption of firm‑approved generative AI platforms across multiple practice groups.
• Partner with attorneys and business leaders to identify practical AI use cases.
• Develop implementation strategies that increase adoption and improve legal workflows.
• Support AI pilot programs and help scale successful initiatives across the firm.

Training & Education

• Design and deliver engaging in‑person and virtual training sessions.
• Coach attorneys and legal professionals on integrating AI into their daily work.
• Create practical learning materials including:
  • Playbooks
  • Best practice guides
  • Checklists
  • FAQs
  • Workflow documentation
  • Internal knowledge resources

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Hands‑on experience using legal generative AI tools.
• Experience in one or more of the following:
