You will work with real-time listening data, sentiment trends, and AI tools to generate narrative options across audiences and to craft cross-channel content that remains on-brand and accurate.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in corporate copywriting, strategic planning, or PR communications within an agency or corporate environment.
• Demonstrated expertise using generative AI text tools (ChatGPT, Claude, WPP Open tools) to accelerate research, brainstorming, and copy generation.
• Exceptional writing and design skills with ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Data and sentiment savvy with comfort using media listening data, sentiment tools, and audience insights to inform briefs.
• Agile communicator with strong presentation skills and ability to articulate complex strategy.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Strategy & Intelligence Integration.
• Translate data into copy by interpreting real-time media monitoring and sentiment analysis to craft copy.
• Identify AI use cases to accelerate analysis, message customization, and audience-targeted content.
• Copywriting & Content Development: write clear, authoritative copy for digital content executions.
• Multi-Channel Adaptation: tailor content for investors, employees, media, regulators while maintaining brand voice.
• AI-Assisted Drafting: use AI writing platforms to rapidly draft and iterate content options.
• Collaboration & Quality Control: ensure materials adhere to brand guidelines, tone, and facts; partner with Creative Directors and designers to align strategy with visuals.
