25N Coworking is seeking an Accounting Specialist / Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations, including AI-assisted accounts payable processing, corporate card expense management, AR collections, and bank reconciliations. The role blends in-office and remote work after onboarding at the Amara Club coworking space in Schaumburg, IL.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency with Excel and multiple accounting systems, and comfort with AI-driven processes.

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience.
• Experience with vendor invoices, GL coding, and approval workflows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and multiple accounting systems.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted invoice processing and automated workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Review and validate vendor invoices processed by AI agents, ensuring accurate data entry and GL coding.
• Process employee corporate credit card expense reports and ensure receipts and approvals.
• Support accounts receivable collections and follow up on overdue balances.
• Perform weekly bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with month-end closing, general ledger reconciliations, and internal controls.
