Job summary

Inspired Thinking Group Limited seeks an experienced Scrum Master or Digital Project Manager to drive enterprise-grade web projects. You will lead sprint teams, coordinate with developers, BAs and client stakeholders, and shape delivery in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.

This hybrid role requires clear communication, the ability to manage multiple projects, and occasional travel to the Midlands from time to time.

Qualifications

• Experience as Scrum Master or Digital Project Manager (Agile).
• Experience using Agile management tools such as JIRA.
• Experience in fast-paced agency environments.
• Experience writing functional specifications.
• PRINCE2 or CSM accreditation.
• Experience on Automotive projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects across platforms in SCRUM.
• Motivate and manage sprint teams in Agile projects.
• Lead conversations with internal teams and external clients.
