Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions Inc is seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to lead Agile software development from planning through delivery. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach Agile teams, remove impediments, and manage project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and stakeholder communication.

You will drive continuous improvement, coordinate cross-functional teams, and provide clear status updates to executives to ensure on-time delivery against roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Program Management experience.
• Strong experience managing software development projects in Agile environments.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or other Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and software release management.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
• Coach teams on Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and Agile best practices.
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, QA, Architecture, Operations, and business teams.
• Track delivery against roadmap commitments and release plans.
• Provide project status, metrics, risks, and executive-level reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery predictability.
