Job summary

BRMi in the United States seeks an experienced Senior Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead enterprise-scale technology initiatives in a fast-paced environment. You will connect project objectives to broader organizational goals and drive delivery from concept through completion.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience managing complex projects or programs.
• 5+ years of experience managing projects within Agile delivery environments.
• 10 years of experience in large enterprise organizations or within the Federal Government.
• PMP certification required; CSM or SAFe Scrum Master certification required.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps for backlog management, work tracking, and delivery reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technical projects and programs across cross-functional teams.
• Lead projects within Agile delivery environments, including PI planning and sprint execution.
• Partner with Product Owners, technical leads, development teams, and stakeholders to align backlog priorities.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Utilize Azure DevOps to manage work items, maintain backlogs, track progress, and monitor delivery metrics.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and success measures.
• Coordinate project activities and drive accountability to ensure commitments are delivered on schedule.
• Maintain focus on project outcomes and measurable business value.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, constraints, and blockers.
• Communicate status, risks, decisions, and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide team members to support effective execution.
