Global Information Technology in Lansing, MI is seeking an experienced Project Manager 3 to serve as Scrum Master for the MDHHS ARC project on a hybrid schedule. You will drive Agile ceremonies, coach teams, remove impediments, and collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, and stakeholders.

This contract role requires strong communication, risk and dependency management, and visibility via dashboards and Azure DevOps.

Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
Experience supporting financial, debt management, payment processing, or case management systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as Scrum Master for the MDHHS ARC project and lead Agile ceremonies.
Coach Agile teams on Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile practices.
Remove impediments, manage dependencies and support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Product Owners, developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders.
Support backlog refinement, story decomposition, estimation, and prioritization.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines.
Support software development, testing, UAT, and post-deployment activities.
Use Azure DevOps for Agile lifecycle and project management.
Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide project status updates, metrics, and dashboards.
