Job summary

EBG is seeking a detailed and collaborative Project Manager/Scrum Master to deliver multiple business and technology projects. You will bridge the Scrum Master role with enterprise project management, ensuring alignment with budget and stakeholder reporting.

The ideal candidate has strong Agile experience, excellent communication, and a track record of leading IT and non-IT initiatives, including coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, project management or related field.
• 3+ years leading large-scale software projects through life cycle.
• Working knowledge of Scrum/Agile ceremonies and Scrum Master experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects from initiation to delivery across business and technology domains.
• Serve as bridge between Scrum Master and Project Manager for portfolio alignment.
• Provide proactive reporting on project status, risks and dependencies.
