Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. is seeking a full-time Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master to join our team in our Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL or Dallas, TX offices.

This hybrid role requires onsite work when needed and offers benefits, PTO, 401k, and more. The role supports an ERP transformation program, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and drives backlog refinement, dependencies, and delivery commitments across enterprise teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of PM/Scrum Master experience with Agile
• Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
• Strong backlog management, decomp, and prioritization skills
• Experience with Azure DevOps dashboards and reporting
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and delivery workstreams

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and coaching
• Decompose work and maintain healthy backlog
• Coordinate program increments, sprint planning, and release planning
• Manage dependencies, RAID and risk communications
• Develop Azure DevOps dashboards and progress reporting
• Communicate delivery status and key decisions to leadership
