Job summary

Programmers.io is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead the execution and delivery of strategic technology initiatives. You will drive project execution, track milestones, facilitate Agile processes, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver on time and with quality.

The role requires strong Agile expertise, enterprise systems understanding, and exceptional organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Scrum Master, or Agile Delivery roles.
• Strong expertise in Agile, Scrum, and project management methodologies.
• Experience managing enterprise application implementations and integration projects.
• Demonstrated ability to drive execution through influence and stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent organizational, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Track project progress and ensure commitments are met according to agreed timelines.
• Drive execution across cross-functional teams and maintain focus on project priorities.
• Escalate risks, issues, and delays proactively and facilitate timely resolution.
• Serve as Scrum Master for project teams and champion Agile best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage sprint execution and monitor team velocity and delivery commitments.
• Promote continuous improvement and foster a culture of accountability and transparency.
• Act as the primary coordination point between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners.
• Engage proactively with vendors such as Blue Yonder (BY), project44 (P44), and other implementation partners to drive progress and resolve issues.
