Job summary

Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma is seeking an Aesthetics Territory Manager for the Northern Virginia and DC region. The role combines strategic sales leadership with field-based customer engagement in the Medical Spa and Dermatology spaces.

You will present Tiger Aesthetics BioDerma products, identify client needs, and drive growth within the territory while coordinating with the Northeast regional team. A hybrid work model is available, with travel expectations and a requirement for reliable

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in sales management.
• Bachelor's degree in business or related field from an accredited college or university preferred
• Clearance of favorable background investigation required.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and inform executives of progress.
• Act as a point of contact for existing and potential customers within assigned territory.
• Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
• Report on regional sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly and annually).
• Present our products and services to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
• Work closely with salespeople and other internal teams to meet sales quotas.
• Answer customer questions about features, pricing and additional services.
• Cross-sell products when appropriate.
• Collaborate with sales representatives from different territories to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach.
• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers and understand their business objectives.
• Understand industry trends, landscapes, and regulatory standards as applicable.
