Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics).
• Minimum of 1.5 years electro‑mechanical systems engineering experience.
• U.S. Person status required.

Responsibilities

• Perform system requirements analysis, decomposition, allocation, and traceability for complex aerospace actuation systems.
• Develop and integrate electro‑mechanical actuation systems used in flight‑control applications.
• Support architecture development and system‑level design trade studies.
• Develop physics‑based models of actuators, motors, power transmission systems, sensors, and control systems.
• Analyze system performance, stability, dynamic response, reliability, and failure modes.
• Design and evaluate control architectures supporting flight‑critical applications.
• Conduct modeling and simulation activities using MATLAB/Simulink and related platforms.
• Support development and integration of motor controllers, sensors, feedback devices, and embedded control systems.
• Define and execute verification and validation activities, including laboratory, subsystem, and system‑level testing.
• Support root cause investigations and corrective action implementation for complex technical issues.
• Interface directly with aerospace customers on technical requirements, system performance, and development activities.
