Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Systems Engineer (Finance) to join the Actuation Group in Tempe, AZ. The role covers design, integration and life-cycle support of actuation systems across aircraft, missiles and launch vehicles.

The engineer will report to the Sr Engineering Program Manager and work on a Hybrid schedule from Tempe, AZ. The team emphasizes rigorous requirements analysis, system modeling and V&V activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics.
• Minimum of 3 years of Systems Engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• System and Component Requirements analysis and decomposition.
• Actuation system integration and component development.
• Mechanical Systems design and component controller integration.
• Electro-Mechanical System and Component Modeling and Analysis.
• Control architecture and design.
• Root cause and corrective action planning and execution.
