Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace US LLC in Tempe designs, develops and integrates highly complex actuation systems for aerospace applications. You will be integral in creating design solutions for actuation systems across the aerospace industry from flight control actuation on aircraft, missiles and launch vehicles.

You will be involved in every aspect of the system life cycle; from the initial design concepts through product end of life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• US Person required; citizen, permanent resident, or asylum/refugee status in the U.S. is necessary.

Responsibilities

• System and Component Requirements analysis and decomposition.
• Actuation system integration and component development.
• Mechanical Systems design and component controller integration.
• Electro-Mechanical System and Component Modeling and Analysis.
• Control architecture and design.
• Physics based model development and system design.
• Root cause and corrective action planning and execution.
• Mechanical Systems validation & verification.
• Customer technical interface.
• Effective delegation of work to team members.
