Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a detail-oriented CTS role to support the CTS Sales team, DTNA Controlling, and the dealer network in a hybrid office setting in Cleveland, NC. This position emphasizes accurate invoicing, efficient sales order processing, and close collaboration with multiple DTNA teams.

The role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and knowledge of MRP functions, with a schedule of four days in-office and one day remote.

Qualifications

• 1 year of DTNA experience or AA degree with 1 year relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task.
• Knowledge of MRP functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing for direct bill dealers and customers, including adjustments.
• Back up CTS locations for sales order entry and completion.
• Process Goods Receipts and resolve discrepancies with CTS procurement.
• Coordinate with sales on pricing accuracy and quotations.
