Qualifications

• 1 year DTNA experience OR AA degree plus 1 year experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Highly organized with ability to multi-task.
• Knowledge of MRP functions is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the invoicing process for direct bill dealers, customers, and manual invoices.
• Back up CTS locations for sales order entry/completion (order entry, paperwork).
• Reconcile Goods Receipts and resolve discrepancies with CTS procurement and accounting.
