Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a detail-oriented role in Cleveland, NC to manage invoicing, support sales order entry, and resolve goods receipts discrepancies. Hybrid work arrangement applies, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration within the DTNA network.

Candidates should have 1 year of DTNA-relevant experience or an AA degree plus experience, plus strong communication and MRP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 year DTNA experience or AA degree + 1 year relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task.
• Knowledge of MRP functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoicing for direct bill dealers, customers, and manual invoicing.
• Support CTS location(s) back up for sales order entry/completion.
• Process Goods Receipts and resolve discrepancies with CTS teams.
