Daimler Truck North America in Cleveland, NC is seeking an Administrative Support II to back the CTS Sales team, DTNA Controlling and dealer network. This hybrid role blends in-office collaboration with one remote day per week and offers growth within a dynamic, manufacturing environment.

You will manage invoicing for direct bill dealers and customers, process sales orders, resolve pricing and packing-slip discrepancies, and provide back-up support for CTS locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task.
• Knowledge of MRP functions is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the invoicing process for direct bill dealers, customers, and all manual invoicing.
• Support CTS location(s) as back up, for sales order entry/completion.
• Compete GR’s for CTS location(s) and resolve discrepancies with CTS procurement and accounting.
