Responsibilities
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations on a regular cadence.
Manage vendor invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate A/P records.
Handle client billing, collections, and A/R follow-up.
Record journal entries and assist with month-end close activities.
Answer phones, greet clients, and manage front-office reception duties.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings for the team.
Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.
Order office supplies and support general office operations.
