Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 1+ year of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar) and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Solid understanding of GAAP.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day‑to‑day accounting operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process and record financial transactions accurately in accounting software.
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and organize financial documents, invoices, and expense reports.
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and summaries for management.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
