Job summary

LiveRamp is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to partner with brands, agencies and data providers. You will own onboarding, data activation, and technical integrations, while aligning customer goals with LiveRamp platforms. The role requires cross‑functional collaboration across product, engineering, and privacy teams.

You’ll design implementations, monitor adoption metrics, and deliver clear runbooks and enablement materials. Some travel for client engagements may be required.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the ad tech ecosystem including DSPs, SSPs, DMPs and CDPs.
• Experience with REST APIs and file-based integrations (e.g., SFTP).
• Knowledge of web tracking, identity resolution, and martech data flows.
• Proficient in SQL or data analytics scripting.
• Strong troubleshooting across distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and technical adoption for LiveRamp's ad tech solutions.
• Design and execute implementation plans for data onboarding and activation workflows.
• Track adoption metrics and propose system enhancements to improve campaigns.
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and privacy teams; manage escalations.
• Develop runbooks and integration guides; provide training to customers and teams.
• Translate customer feedback into product insights and roadmaps.
• Communicate project milestones and updates to stakeholders.
