Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience with supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• Manufacturing environment experience required due to complex PO-based matching.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the accounts payable team and daily AP operations.
• Oversee PO-based and 2/3-way invoice matching and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Accounting Manager, Purchasing, and Receiving to meet priorities.
• Support month-end close activities and audits with proper documentation.
• Monitor AP metrics and drive process improvements and automation.
