Job summary

Atlas Copco Group in Rock Hill, SC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to manage end-to-end AP processes in a hybrid work setting. You will process vendor invoices, execute ACH payments, reconcile statements, and support automation workflows.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of AP experience, proficiency with ERP systems (Prophet 21 preferred), strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of directly relevant accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience processing and approving invoices and managing full-cycle AP operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems; Prophet 21 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounts payable operations and processing of invoices and payments.
• Process vendor invoices, and prepare and execute ACH payment files and check runs.
• Reconcile vendor statements and maintain ERP data accuracy; support intercompany and multi-entity activities.
