Job summary

SCRAM Systems, a leading provider of monitoring technology, seeks an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a manufacturing environment in Denver, CO. You will lead daily AP operations, manage a small team, and ensure accurate invoicing with strong internal controls.

The role requires 5+ years in AP with supervisory experience, manufacturing know‑how, and proficiency in PO‑based processes, three‑way matching, and Excel. Hybrid work with training in office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be substituted.
• 5+ years of accounts payable experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Manufacturing experience required due to complex three‑way matching.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily vendor invoices and manage emails/phone calls.
• Supervise AP team, provide training and feedback.
• Oversee PO-based invoice processing for materials, inventory, freight, utilities, and services.
• Ensure two‑ and three‑way matching; resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Accounting Manager to prioritize tasks.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve invoice issues to prevent delays.
• Support month‑end close and accruals; assist audits.
