Qualifications

• 3+ years in accounts payable or finance operations.
• Post-secondary degree in Accounting/Finance/Business.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
• Experience with AI-based invoice processing or RPA is a plus.
• Knowledge of procurement, approvals, and policy compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own vendor accounts end-to-end including reconciliations and aging.
• Troubleshoot EDI rejections and data issues.
• Process invoices in SAP with high accuracy and proper controls.
• Support month-end close and reporting.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and manage payment terms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across North America.
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
• Maintain SAP AP documentation.
