Job summary

BTBK Accounting Services, LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist for a full-time hybrid role. The position involves processing invoices, managing payments, and vendor relations, with office hours in Madison, WI and work-from-home on selected days.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in accounting required.
• 2-3 years of accounts payable experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Restaurant365 and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and process incoming invoices for documentation and approval.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers, ACH payments, and checks.
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain organized records.
• Maintain and update vendor files and contact information.
• Process employee expense reports in accordance with company policy.
• Assist in month-end closing with reconciliations and accruals.

Education

Associates Degree in Accounting

2-3 years of accounts payable experience
