• Review incoming invoices and check requests for accuracy and approvals.
• Process payments via check and ACH/Wire to vendors, insureds, and brokers.

• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations and monitor bank activity.
• Maintain organized AP files and respond to vendor inquiries promptly.
