Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support AP processing, weekly disbursements, vendor maintenance, and accrual recognition. You will report to the AP Manager and collaborate across departments to meet financial objectives.

This hybrid role requires onsite work at Denver or Littleton, Colorado, with a schedule agreed upon. Candidates should have 2+ years of accounting experience and solid US GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of general accounting experience.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and cash disbursements with proper coding and approvals.
• Support weekly payment runs and vendor inquiries.
• Assist with month-end close and journal entries.
• Support reconciliations for payables and cash accounts.
• Maintain internal control documentation and audit readiness.
