Job summary

Vantage Data Centers LLC in Denver, CO seeks an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join the North American Shared Services team. You will analyze and process complex AP transactions, collaborate with internal and external partners, and resolve invoice discrepancies with accuracy and urgency.

The role offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days on-site, 2 days remote), a compensation package with bonus, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life and 401k.

Qualifications

• Degree in accounting or equivalent credentials preferred.
• 2–5 years of Accounts Payable experience required.
• Understanding of CAPEX and OPEX transactions; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices for payment, progress billing entries, and expense reports.
• Reconcile past-due balances and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare AP reports, aging reports, and payment status updates.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
