Voyager Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to support vendor invoicing, payments and reconciliations. The role collaborates with site procurement and finance teams in a hybrid schedule at Denver/Littleton offices.

The ideal candidate has a accounting degree, 2+ years' experience, proficiency in NetSuite and Excel, and a solid grasp of U.S. GAAP. Strong analytical and organizational skills are required for fast-paced operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.
• 2+ years of general accounting experience and knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite or similar) and strong Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities; capable of managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with proper coding, approvals and documentation; support weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks).
• Maintain vendor records and respond to vendor inquiries; assist with reconciliations related to payables and cash accounts.
• Support month-end close, journal entries and variance analysis; ensure GAAP compliance.
• Provide documentation for internal/external audits and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
