Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Denver is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our accounting team. This role will focus on processing vendor invoices, managing weekly disbursements, maintaining vendor records, and ensuring timely payments.

Hybrid work is available with onsite Denver or Littleton offices per a scheduled plan. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of general accounting experience, solid U.S. GAAP knowledge, NetSuite familiarity, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 2+ years of general accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial controls.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite, and strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices with proper coding, approvals and documentation.
• Support weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, checks) and vendor inquiries.
• Assist with reconciliations for payables and cash accounts.
• Support month-end close, journal entries and variance analysis.
• Assist with audits and maintain organized records for audit readiness.
