Delta Galil USA, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support the Accounts Payable Manager with daily AP operations in a hybrid role based in Montoursville, PA.

You will process invoices, match purchases and receiving docs, manage vendor payments, and maintain accurate records in the accounting system. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong Excel/Office skills, good communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; accounting coursework or training is a plus.
• Prior Accounts Payable, accounting, or related clerical experience preferred.
• Familiarity with MS Office and general office procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate numerical calculations.
• Organizational and time management skills; confidential information handling.
• Proficient keyboarding; experience with AP processes is a plus.

Mansioni

• Support the AP Manager with daily AP operations and administrative activities.
• Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving docs; verify details.
• Review invoices for accuracy and apply pricing, dates, and codes.
• Calculate extensions, totals, and apply discounts when possible.
• Maintain vendor files and remit-to information; prepare invoices in the system.
• Process payables batches, print vouchers, and assist with check mailing.
• Communicate with vendors and internal departments on invoice status.
• Set up new vendors and collect required tax ID information.
• Handle confidential information and perform other duties as assigned.
