Aston Carter is seeking an Accounts Payable Supervisor for a hybrid role based in Bloomington, MN. You will oversee daily AP operations, manage approvals and payment runs, and mentor a team of AP specialists in a high-growth environment.

You will support month-end close, cash flow forecasting, and audits, working with procurement, operations, and finance to drive process improvements and internal controls. This role emphasizes accuracy and collaboration.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on accounts payable experience.
• 1+ year of leadership or supervisory experience overseeing accounts payable or similar finance functions.
• Experience with three-way matching, including purchase orders, receipts, and invoices.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments, or the ability to quickly adapt to these settings.
• Strong Excel skills with pivot tables and lookups.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the day-to-day accounts payable process to ensure accurate and timely invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Manage invoice approvals, payment workflows, and payment runs in alignment with internal policies and controls.
• Perform and review vendor reconciliations to maintain accurate vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of AP specialists.
• Support month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and finance teams to resolve discrepancies related to POs, receipts, and invoices.
• Assist with audits and maintain internal controls across AP processes.
• Implement three-way matching and oversee PO/non-PO payments.
